Parliament 1918-1920: How were Issues of Voters’ Lists Irregularities Regulated?

'Pursuant to Articles 26 and 27 of the Law on Elections of the Parliament of Armenia, the voters' lists of those persons who have the right to take part in the upcoming elections of the Parliament on this from May 12 till 22 will be put in the City Department Office for checking.

During that period, the persons who have the right to vote can complain to the City Commission about the irregularity of the lists. Those persons who will not tell about the non-payment on the list are deprived from the right to take part in the election. 12 May 1919.'
