Speaking Engagement

Julie Mendoza is a panelist at Georgetown Law's upcoming International Trade Update, held on May 24 - 25, 2022. Julie will be joined by representatives from the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission, as well as other professionals in the industry. In their panel Title VII Hot Topics: Interplay Between Commerce and the International Trade Commission, the speakers will:

• Examine the biggest changes in Commerce regulations in the last 25 years
• Debate whether the ITC's role is diminished due to new anti-circumvention and scope regimes
• Explore the reasons for new proposals for further changes
