The securities trading of TAIWAN OSTOR CORP. (code: 8080) will be suspended trading starting on Oct. 11,2023.

TAIWAN OSTOR CORP. (code: 8080) has a circumstance provided in subparagraph 18, paragraph 1, Article 12-1 of the Taipei Exchange Rules Governing Securities Trading on the TPEx (known as: Back Door Listing). Hence, the TPEx announced trading in the securities of TAIWAN OSTOR CORP. will be suspended starting on Oct. 11,2023.

Within 6 months after trading is suspended, if the Company can meet the subparagraph 4, paragraph 2, Article 12-1 of the Taipei Exchange Rules Governing Securities Trading on the TPEx relating to profitability and internal control etc., then the Company may submit the underwriter's evaluation report and apply for resumption of trading. In case the Company failure to meet the required standards, trading in the securities of TAIWAN OSTOR CORP. will be terminated.
