In less than one month our flagship event, Cisco Live 2024, returns to Las Vegas. This is my second Cisco Live as leader of Cisco Customer Experience Americas and I'm energized to see our customers and partners in person! There will be a lot of opportunities to learn, network, and get inspired at the event.
Cisco Live is the hub for IT's finest to spark creativity, share best practices, and foster connections that power an inclusive future for all. This year's theme is 'Go Beyond.' Together, we'll go beyond - challenging the status quo with human and AI-driven services, reimagining the support experience with generative AI, removing adoption roadblocks to achieve value faster, delivering measurable outcomes through expert-led services, and much more.
AI is a common theme you'll hear throughout our messaging in Vegas. From Liz Centoni, Chief Customer Experience Officer's keynote on the main stage, to my Center Stage session - Accelerating AI-Ready Infrastructures and Execution Strategies, you'll learn how our AI strategy prepares customers to accelerate their infrastructure transformation and AI adoption journey.
