• League City will not check to see if vehicles turn on at the close of the auction, so viewing auction items in person is highly recommended before the auction closes

• League City will not assist with the removal of any purchased property
• All items are sold as-is

Why an Auction?

League City's charter and State of Texas law provide several methods for the City to dispose of surplus property. The most common is a public auction. The City of League City uses an online auctioneer, Public Surplus, to dispose of property the City no longer uses.
