SPD seeking assistance in contacting a witness

Spokane Police Major Crimes detectives would like to speak with a witness in a criminal incident. The witness is the driver of this vehicle who was nearly run off the road by a small blue pick-up truck. The incident happened on Highway 2 in Airway Heights on 04/09/24 at about 7pm.
