NOTICE OF WATER RIGHT APPLICATION
LAS 28574
Pursuant to AS 46.15.133 and 11 AAC 93.080, notice is hereby given that Frank & Debara Kassik, 2416 Property Lane, Langley, Washington 98260, applied for a permit to appropriate water on June 13, 2012. The application proposes the following:
The withdrawal of up to 7,500 gallons/day from January 1st through December 31st each year for a public water supply for a brewery located within Lot 4, Block 2 of Ruth Haven Estates Subdivision, according to the official plat thereof, filed under Plat No. 76-131, Kenai Recording District, Third Judicial District, State of Alaska.
The proposed source location is a drilled well, 155 feet deep, located within the area of appurtenance.
Per AS 46.15.133 (a), within 15 days of publication or service of notice, persons may file with the director written objections. Comments or objections must be made in writing to the above listed address or to [email protected] by 5:00 p.m. on May 14, 2024. Objection must include the objector's name and address, and any facts tending to show that the rights of the objector or the public interest would be adversely affected by the proposed appropriation.
