Vauxhall has announced full pricing and specification for its new light commercial vehicle (LCV) range. With new versions of the compact Combo, mid-size Vivaro and large Movano vans, the updated models offer a new exterior style and redesigned cockpit, while the fully electric versions continue to offer class-leading driving range alongside significant price reductions.

As with all Vauxhalls, the van line-up is offered with a simple choice of trims designed to make things straightforward for customers. On the New Combo and New Vivaro, two generously equipped specification levels - Prime and Pro - are available from launch, ensuring that the differences between individual variants are easy to understand.

Prime represents the entry point to the respective ranges, delivering all the essential equipment and features drivers would expect in a modern van at a competitive price. Pro takes things up a level, with additional features offering extra comfort and practicality.

The New Movano keeps things even simpler, with both Electric and diesel versions available in well-equipped Prime trim.

Orders for the new Vauxhall LCV range are open now. Delivery dates vary by model and trim, with the first vehicles being delivered from Spring.

New Combo and Combo Electric

The new Vauxhall Combo is available in two trim levels, Prime and Pro. Both diesel and electric versions of the New Combo are available in two lengths, with a choice of two or three front seats. The New Combo and Combo Electric are additionally offered as a five-seat Crew Van.

Produced at Ellesmere Port, the UK's first EV-only volume manufacturing plant, the New Combo Electric can travel up to 205 miles on a single charge of its new 50kWh battery (WLTP combined cycle) - 30 miles further than its predecessor. Powered by an electric motor developing 136PS and 270Nm of torque, the New Combo Electric comes with a 7.4kW on-board charger as standard (a 11kW charger is optional), and the battery can be recharged from 0-80% in 30 minutes at a 100kW public charging station.

Like its predecessor, the New Combo Electric continues to offer up to 4.4 cubic metres of storage space (the same as its combustion engine siblings), while the 780kg payload and the 750kg towing capacity are both best-in-class.

The New Combo is powered by an efficient 1.5-litre turbo diesel engine producing 100PS and paired with a six-speed manual gearbox. A more powerful 130PS variant is also available and can be specified with either a six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission.

Entry-level Prime specification includes a smartphone station as standard, featuring DAB radio, Bluetooth® and a smartphone interface with Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™, as well as Vauxhall Connect. Prime models are also equipped with a comprehensive suite of safety systems, including advanced emergency braking, driver attention alert, intelligent speed assistance and lane keep assist. For added convenience, drivers benefit from rear parking sensors, automatic lighting control with high beam assist and cruise control.

Pro trim adds Vauxhall's Multimedia Pro Navi infotainment system, which includes a 10-inch touchscreen with satellite navigation and natural voice recognition. The instrument cluster is also upgraded to a 10-inch digital display, while visibility is improved thanks to the Dynamic Surround View system. This comprises two cameras, one located above the rear doors and another under the passenger-side exterior mirror. The images - of the rear while driving and (when activated by the indicator stalk) of the side blind-spot - are displayed in the new high-definition digital rear-view mirror.

Another first for the New Combo is the addition of adaptive, glare-free Intelli-Lux Matrix LED® headlights on Pro variants, becoming the first model in its segment to have this technology. Its matrix headlamps, comprised of 14 LED elements, automatically cut out oncoming road users from their beam, ensuring drivers have a clear view ahead without dazzling others.

For enhanced style, the Combo Pro also adds full-diameter 16-inch wheel trims, body-colour bumpers and door handles and black, power-folding door mirrors. Meanwhile, the FlexCargo Pack provides greater practicality with a load-through bulkhead, dual front passengers' fixed bench seat, fold-flat centre seat backrest with table and two-way foldable outer seat.

Prices for the New Combo start at £21,920 OTR (exc. VAT) for diesel variants. The New Combo Electric starts from £26,800 OTR (after Plug-in Van Grant, exc. VAT), representing a saving of £4,750 over the outgoing model.

New Vivaro and Vivaro Electric

Like the Combo, the New Vivaro and Vivaro Electric are available in Prime and Pro trim levels. Both versions are available in two lengths (4.98m and 5.33m), as a Panel Van, Crew Van/Doublecab and a platform-chassis for a variety of body types. Depending on the version, the New Vivaro offers up to 6.6m3 of cargo volume and 1.4 tonnes of payload.

The Vivaro Electric was the UK's best-selling electric van in 2023 and from Spring 2025 will begin limited production at Vauxhall's Luton manufacturing plant. Drivers of the latest version will benefit from a range of up to 217 miles (WLTP), an increase of 12 miles over the outgoing model. The New Vivaro Electric's 75kWh battery can be charged using the standard 7.4kW onboard charger (an 11kW charger is optional), while a 5-80% charge takes just 45 minutes at a 100kW public charger. A unique feature in this segment is the 'e-Power Take-off Unit', which can be used to supply smaller tools or fridge units for cooled vans with power from the traction battery.

Internal combustion versions of the New Vivaro are available with either a 1.5-litre (120PS) turbo diesel engine paired with a six-speed manual gearbox, or a 2.0-litre turbo diesel engine in two states of tune - 145PS or 180PS. The former can be combined with either a six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission, with the more powerful variant available exclusively as an automatic.

As standard, the New Vivaro is equipped with a 10-inch HD touchscreen with wireless smartphone mirroring and Vauxhall Connect. The infotainment can also be operated through voice recognition and the steering wheel-mounted audio controls. Key driving information is displayed in a 10-inch digital instrument cluster, while on the Vivaro Electric paddle shifters allow drivers to choose from three levels of regenerative braking.

Prime trim includes a wide range of safety and driver assist features, such as a full-height steel bulkhead, rear parking sensors, intelligent speed assistance, lane keep assist and driver attention alert. Pro trim adds Dynamic Surround View, which includes a digital rear view mirror and passenger side camera, blind spot detection, flank guard detection of fixed obstacles, a 180-degree rear parking camera and front and rear parking sensors.

Other key additions on Pro trim include an upgraded infotainment system with satellite navigation, ECO LED headlights and front fog lights. Visual enhancements include 17-inch steel wheels with full-diameter wheel trims (or optional 17-inch alloy wheels), body-colour front and rear bumpers, side-mouldings and door handles. A FlexCargo load-through bulkhead, power-folding door mirrors and fold-flat centre seat backrest providing a flat work surface offer even greater ease of use.

Prices for the New Vivaro start at £28,625 OTR (exc. VAT). The New Vivaro Electric starts from £37,805 OTR (after Plug-in Van Grant, exc. VAT) representing a saving of £2,580 over the outgoing 75kWh model.

New Movano and Movano Electric

The New Movano and Movano Electric are available exclusively in highly-equipped Prime trim. Customers can choose from a wide range of body styles, with a choice of three vehicle lengths, two wheelbases and three heights, as well as Panel Van, Window Van, chassis Doublecab, platform and back to back versions. The largest van in Vauxhall's LCV line-up offers exceptional practicality, with up to 17m3 of cargo volume and a payload of up to two tonnes.

The New Movano Electric is powered by an electric motor producing 272PS and 400Nm of torque - increases of 150PS and 140Nm over its predecessor. Thanks to the new 110kWh battery, the New Movano Electric can cover up to 261 miles (WLTP) on a single charge and is equipped as standard with a three-phase 11kW onboard charger. It is also the first Vauxhall capable of charging at 150kW from a DC rapid charger, enabling a 0-80% charge in just 55 minutes.

Additional practicality is provided by the new, optional 230V socket, positioned conveniently in the centre of the dashboard. This helps to easily charge electrical devices such as laptops, electric tool batteries, tablets and other low power appliances that require electricity up to 150 Watts.

Movano customers will be able to choose from another zero-emissions-in-use option from later this year, with orders for the Movano HYDROGEN set to open in Q4 ahead of first deliveries in 2025. The innovative hydrogen fuel cell vehicle will offer a range of up to 311 miles (WLTP) and can be refuelled in approximately five minutes.

The New Movano is also available with a 2.2-litre turbo diesel engine producing 140PS and paired with a six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic gearbox. A 180PS version can also be specified with the automatic gearbox.

An extensive array of safety systems are included as standard on the New Movano, including a rear-view parking camera, rear parking sensors, traffic sign recognition and intelligent speed assist. The Movano is also capable of level two autonomous driving for the first time (available on automatic models in conjunction with specific option packs). The combination of adaptive cruise control with 'Stop & Go' function, lane positioning assist and traffic jam assist enables the Movano to steer, brake and accelerate itself at speeds up to 18mph - for example in slow traffic - provided that the driver's hands remain on the steering wheel.

Inside, the New Movano Electric is fitted with a 10-inch touchscreen featuring a fully integrated TomTom® satellite navigation system, voice recognition and Apple CarPlay™/Android Auto™. Electric models are also equipped with Vauxhall Connect and a seven-inch digital instrument cluster. Meanwhile, the diesel Movano features a five-inch touchscreen with Bluetooth® and DAB radio, combined with a 3.5-inch driver information display.

For greater comfort and convenience, the Movano Electric benefits from keyless entry and go, an electronic parking brake and automatic air conditioning.

Prices for the New Movano (L2H1 Panel Van) start at £32,285 OTR (exc. VAT), while the Movano Electric (L3H2 Panel Van) is available from £46,135 OTR (after Plug-in Van Grant, exc. VAT) - a saving of £12,350 compared to the outgoing model.

ABOUT VAUXHALL MOTORS

Vauxhall Motors started making vehicles in the UK in 1903. Today, as the oldest and most familiar of Britain's automotive manufacturers, its philosophy is to build vehicles that are relevant to all. Vauxhall is one of few mainstream automotive brands to produce vans in Britain at its manufacturing plants in Luton, home of the Vivaro, and Ellesmere Port, the UK's first EV-only manufacturing plant. Vauxhall has been the UK's best-selling electric light commercial vehicle manufacturer since 2021, while among its passenger car line-up, the Vauxhall Corsa was the UK's best-selling new car in 2021.

Vauxhall is part of Stellantis NV, a global leader created for the new era of sustainable mobility as a result of the merger between Groupe PSA and FCA Group in January 2021. Vauxhall is a leader in electrification - as of 2021 it is one of the first manufacturers to offer fully electric versions of all its vans. From 2024, all Vauxhall cars and vans will be available with a fully electric version. Info: www.vauxhall.co.uk
