On May 1, 2020, the Registrant posted on various social media platforms that as of May 1, 2020, it has approved over 600 Paycheck Protection Program applications resulting in approximately $180 million in assistance for local businesses. A copy of the social media post is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
