MANSLAUGHTER WANTED SUBJECT ARRESTED IN WESTWAY AREA

El Paso, Texas - On September 6th, 2023, at approximately 9:36 p.m., El Paso County Sheriff's Office Deputies assigned to the Northwest Patrol Station were dispatched to the 7900 block of North Desert Boulevard in reference to a motor vehicle accident involving a commercial motor vehicle. Deputies conducted a wanted person's warrants checks of the parties involved and arrested the driver of the commercial motor vehicle who was identified as Ranjit Singh. Mr. Singh was wanted on two outstanding felony warrants from Odessa, Texas (Ector County) for Manslaughter, and Aggravated Assault with A Deadly Weapon. Ector County Sheriff's Office was informed of the arrest, and Mr. Singh was subsequently booked into the Downtown Detention Facility on a total bond of $100,000.00.
