October has arrived in the vibrant colours of the Young European Ambassadors (YEA) initiative.
The new Call for Applications for the network Young European Ambassadors was launched on October 1st at webalkans.eu.
The Young European Ambassadors platform is a vibrant network of young activists from across the Western Balkans, including Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia. While YEAs come from diverse backgrounds, they are united by a shared vision: a Western Balkans that celebrates its diversity, fosters mutual understanding, and collaborates with the European Union.
The YEA network is open to young people of different backgrounds, interests and passions. Each prospective YEA comes with a vision-whether it's making their community greener, developing new software, advocating for a human rights issue, or growing organic food on their family farm-they all make our societies vibrant and better.
All young people between 18 and 29 from the Western Balkans region are invited to apply. For specific criteria, as well as the added value criteria, prospective applicants should check out the Become a YEA Page.
Applications are open from October 1st until October 31st.
To help prospective Ambassadors apply, WeBalkans is organising YEA Open Days across the region where current members of the network will share relevant information about the YEA network and help them with the application process. For details of the location closest to you, see YEA Events section.
