TRAFFIC ALERT Kent County Intermittent Lane Closures at US 13 and North State Street/Leipsic Road
Intermittent Lane Closures at US 13 and North State Street/Leipsic Road
Dover - The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) will reconstruct the existing traffic signal at the intersection of US 13 and North State Street / Leipsic Road starting on Wednesday, May 29th through the end of July. The existing span wire signal system will be replaced with a mast arm signal system. The US 13 southbound left turn movement to Leipsic Road will be converted from protected-permissive phasing to time-of-day restricted flashing red arrow (e.g., protected left-turn phasing on green arrow only from 6 AM to 9 PM; flashing red arrow phasing from 9 PM to 6 AM).
Motorist are reminded to slow down in work zones and to expect minor delays while in the area.
