The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is making available to the public a draft environmental assessment (EA) addressing Federal involvement in portions of Washington State for the Rangeland Grasshopper and Mormon Cricket Suppression Program.
