Spur Tree Spices Jamaica Limited (Spur Tree Spices), is advising that the Consolidated Audited Financial Statements, of the company, for the year ended December 31, 2023, and the 2023 Annual Report, will not be published on the dates, promised, as the Company's Auditor, BDO is requesting additional time, from April 19, 2024, to May 17, 2024, to complete the audit review process.

Spur Tree Spices apologizes for the delay and any inconvenience caused to its stakeholders and will make every effort to have the 2023 Audit published on or before May 17, 2024, and the Annual Report released by May 30, 2024.
