St. Lawrence County - The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center / Demolition (Phase 3) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the demolition of Buildings 38, 49, 50, 56, 57, 58, and 86 at the St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center (SLPC) Campus. The project would be completed in a single phase, and would include disconnection of associated utilities and removal of hazardous and regulated materials. The buildings to be demolished total approximately 31,832 square foot. The project is located at 1 Chimney Point Drive in the City of Ogdensburg, New York.
