Welcome, Speaker Won Pat

Former Speaker of the Guam Legislature and current Democratic candidate to be Guam's Congressional Delegate, Judith Won Pat met with me on Wednesday in Washington. Ms. Won Pat is also the daughter of Guam's first representative in Congress, Antonio Won Pat. Guam and the Marianas share many common interests, so it is important that I work together with the person Guam voters choose to represent them in the U.S. House of Representatives.
