Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs witnesses the donation of humanitarian aid to Türkiye and Syria from the Thai Chamber of Commerce and Board of Trade of[...]

On 17 March 2023, H.E. Mr. Don Pramudwinai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, witnessed the donation of 1 million Baht (approximately 30,000 USD) for earthquake relief efforts in Türkiye and Syria from the Thai Chamber of Commerce (TCC) and Board of Trade of Thailand (BOT). At this ceremony, Mr. Sanan Angubolkul, Chairman of TCC/BOT, presented the donation of 500,000 Baht (approximately 15,000 USD) for Türkiye through H.E. Mrs. Serap Ersoy, Ambassador of Türkiye, and the donation of an equal worth for Syria through Mr. Tej Bunnag, Secretary General of the Thai Red Cross Society.

TCC/BOT received the donation from its members, trade associations, foreign chambers of commerce, provincial chambers of commerce, and associated networks, through the Thai Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
