Avida Finans AB engages with potential AT1 investors ahead of first call date

Avida Finans AB ("Avida") has initiated discussions with potential investors for a new Additional Tier 1 issuance, the proceeds of which will be used to redeem Avida's existing AT1 bonds with ISIN SE0012729085 (the "Existing AT1"). Pending the outcome of those discussions, Avida does not intend to call its Existing AT1 on the upcoming first call date on 26 June 2024. Avida continues to explore possibilities for a call to take place as soon as possible after the first call date.

This communication aims to provide transparency, reflecting Avida's focus on maintaining positive investor relationships and prudent financial management.
