Doing some extra spring cleaning? Public Works will have a special brush drop-off option available the middle of May. This is a FREE service for our community and is for residents only. Businesses cannot drop-off for residents. See acceptable items for drop-off below.
Brush and yard waste drop off has returned to the regular first Thursday monthly schedule. Please see the brush recycling section below for more information. Call (512) 608-9000 if you have any questions.

The Public Works Department provides maintenance services for:
Brush Recycling
Brush and yard waste will only be accepted the first Thursday of each month. As a reminder, oak trees should only be trimmed July 1- Jan 31.
The City of Lakeway Public Works Facility will accept yard waste from Lakeway residents on the first Thursday of every month from 7 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. Residents and property owners may dispose of one pickup truck load of yard waste or up to one 8' x 5' foot pile at no charge. Contractors will not be able to deliver for residents.
