Lunch Box Live Music Series returns for second year on Friday, May 3

The second annual Lunch Box Live Music Series returns to Downtown Killeen starting Friday, May 3.

Lunch Box Live showcases local acoustic musical talent looking for an opportunity to hone their skill in front of a live audience. Sessions are held during a standard lunchtime period from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Sante Fe Plaza on the first Friday of the month, through August (May 3, June 7, July 5 and Aug. 2). Residents can enjoy a meal and music, as well as other activities set up in the plaza.

The series, sponsored by the City of Killeen and Space Create, begins this Friday, May 3 with a performance by Toni Ringgold, an R&B, Soul and Jazz Fusion artist.

Each session is free, and food and drinks are available for sale.
