The securities trading of China Communications Media Group Co., Ltd. (code: 6404) will be suspended trading starting on Nov. 22,2023.

China Communications Media Group Co., Ltd. (code: 6404，referred to as "CCMG")'s CPA have continuously issued audit or review financial reports indicating substantial uncertainty concerning the issuer's ability to continue as a going concern for more than three years. Hence, the TPEx announced trading in the securities of CCMG will be suspended starting on Nov. 22,2023. (known as: Market exit mechanism).

Within 6 months after trading is suspended, if the Company failure to meet the required standards, the TPEx shall delist the Company's securities.
