This past Saturday, April 27th, Rep. Friess held an Rx Drop-Off event in collaboration with the Red Bud Police Department. The event helped those in the community dispose of their unneeded medication in a free, safe, and environmentally safe way.

"I want to thank the Red Bud Police Department and Chief John Brittingham for working with us on the drug take back on April 27th," Rep. Friess said. "As a reminder, you don't have to wait for a drug take back event! The City of Red Bud has a drop box at City Hall where you can place your unused drugs. In addition, if you have syringes you need to dispose of, you may take those to the Monroe County Health Department."
