Lincoln Woods Barracks

On March 26, at 9:45 AM, Troopers arrested Bianca Santiago Caba, age 29, of 175 Broad Street, Apt. D5, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Violation of a Court Order originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of Santiago Caba turning herself in at the Lincoln Woods Barracks. Santiago Caba was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Providence Police Department.

On March 26, at 10:30 AM, Troopers arrested Gabriel Estrada, age 27, of 6 Montrose Street, Apt. 2, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Possession of Marijuana - Over Two Ounces and 2.) Operating with a Suspended License - Fourth and Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Smith Street in the City of Providence. Estrada was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Sixth Division District Court for Arraignment.

On March 26, at 1:00 PM, Troopers arrested Jose Santiago Miranda, age 20, of 288 Manton Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Domestic Violence - Simple Assault and/or Battery - First Offense and 2.) Domestic Vandalism/Malicious Injury to Property - First Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Department of Administration in the City of Providence to assist the Capital Police with a disturbance. Santiago Miranda was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court Arraignment date.

On March 26, at 3:15 PM, Troopers arrested Mark Fuscaldo, age 54, of 1402 Main Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty and 2.) Driving with a Suspended License - Fourth or Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Fuscaldo being taken into custody at the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal in the City of Cranston. Fuscaldo was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center.

On March 26, at 7:30 PM, Troopers arrested Joshua Livent, age 25, of 48 June Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on an affidavit and arrest warrant for 1.) Domestic Simple Assault and 2.) Domestic Disorderly Conduct originating out of the North Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Douglas Avenue in the City of Providence. Livent was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the North Providence Police Department.

On March 27, at 2:24 AM, Troopers arrested James Tarley, age 27, of 75 Congress Avenue, Apartment #2, Providence, Rhode Island, on a 1.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial conference on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License, originating out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, 2.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License, originating out of the East Providence Police Department, and 3.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License, originating out of the East Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. Tarley was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake Center.
