Media Advisory: Media are invited to the 372 Police wing graduating on Thursday, Porirua

New Zealand Police is pleased to announce that the 372 recruit wing will be graduating from their initial training course on Thursday 25 January in front of whānau and friends.

Attending the ceremony will be Commissioner Andrew Coster, Police Minister Hon Mark Mitchell with members of the Police executive and Wing Patron Chappie Te Kani.

Three prize-winners are spread across the three districts in Tāmaki Makaurau - Auckland City, Waitemata and Counties Manukau, one prize-winner goes to Waikato and another is deployed to Canterbury.

More details about statistics, prize winners and other recruits will be shared on graduation day.

Media are welcome to attend the graduation parade which takes place at Te Rauparaha Arena, Main Arena, 17 Parumoana Street, Porirua.

The ceremony starts at 2pm, media are encouraged to be in place by 1.30pm.
