6/16/2022 Order - West Virginia Coal Association

Commission Procedural Order that the request of the WV Coal Association for the Commission to create a task force to consider ways to decrease energy costs for West Virginia utility customers including operating at higher capacity factors so as to lower the cost recoverable from utility customers; that the Legal Staff will chair the Task Force and shall make arrangements for its initial meeting within 30 days of the date of this Order; that APCo, WPCo, Mon Power, PE, the WV Coal Association and the CAD each appoint a representative to the Task Force; etc.
