Baxter International to Acquire Hillrom
Fried Frank acted as counsel to BofA Securities as financial advisor to Hillrom in its US$12.4 billion acquisition by Baxter International (Baxter). Hillrom is a global medical technology producer. Baxter is a medical products company. The addition of Hillrom's product portfolio will enable Baxter to provide better access to care in the hospital, home, and alternate site settings. The transaction is expected to close by early 2022.
The Fried Frank team was led by corporate partner Roy Tannenbaum and included corporate partner Philip Richter and corporate associates Alexander G. Feldsott and Ryan T. Fung.
