Trading members are requested to refer to Exchange notice number 20220425-2 dated 25 Apr 2022 and Notice Number 20231020-46 dated 20 Oct 2023, regarding revision in transaction charges in equity derivatives segment.

In partial modification to aforementioned notice, trading members may note that the transaction charges for Equity derivatives segment will be revised with effect from May 13, 2024, as below-

· Transaction charges as per respective current methodology for S&P BSE Sensex Options & S&P BSE Bankex Options (in accordance with aforementioned notice) shall continue to be levied for the period May 01, 2024 to May 10, 2024. <_o3a_p>· The revised transaction charges as stated above for S&P BSE Sensex Options & S&P BSE Bankex Options shall be applicable from May 13, 2024 onwards. For the period May 13, 2024 to May 31, 2024, the premium turnoverof these contracts (combined) shall be cumulated, and the transaction charges shall be levied based on the slab on the incremental turnover basis.<_o3a_p>· From June 2024 onwards, the premium turnover shall be cumulated, and the transaction charges shall be levied based on the slab on the incremental turnover basis on monthly basis.<_o3a_p>

Market Participants may kindly note that there shall be no changes in the transaction charges in any other contracts of Equity derivatives segment.<_o3a_p>
