The Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards and the Title IX Office are recruiting members for the UToledo Hearing Boards.

The University Conduct Board (UCB) is responsible for resolving non-academic student misconduct and is comprised of students, faculty and staff.

The Title IX Board and the Sexual Misconduct Board are comprised of faculty and staff and are responsible for resolving allegations of sexual misconduct within the UToledo community.

Hearing board members have an opportunity to participate in decision making within the UToledo community and contribute to upholding the University's values. Serving on a hearing board provides a multitude of professional benefits for students and employees alike.

It is the goal of the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards and Title IX Office that the composition of these boards be representative of UToledo's diverse campus community, and inclusive of women, underrepresented minorities, veterans and individuals with disabilities.

UCB members must attend an in-person training on Saturday, March 30, Friday, April 5, or in early fall semester. T9B/SMB members must attend a series of online training with dates to be determined.

Interested individuals can find more information and application forms at the UToledo Hearing Boards website.

Applications are due Monday, March 11.
