Hershey Medical Center announces temporary change to café hours of operation and Lion Cash transactions

As announced earlier this year, Hershey Medical Center will transition food services from Morrison to Sodexo, effective Saturday, May 22. Leaders are working to ensure faculty and staff's continued access to meals during the change.

To accommodate the transition, the hours of operation for the Rotunda Café and Treehouse Café will change during the weekend:

• Rotunda Café will close at 4 p.m. on Friday, May 21, and resume regular business operations on Saturday, May 22, at 6:30 a.m.
• Treehouse Café will remain open (beyond 6 p.m.) on Friday, May 21, until 2 a.m. on Saturday, May 22.
• Treehouse Café will be closed all day Saturday, May 22, and reopen at 10 a.m., Sunday, May 23.

In addition, Hershey food service venues will temporarily not accept Lion Cash as a form of payment beginning Friday, May 21. Food services will continue to accept cash and credit. Leaders will make an announcement when the Lion Cash option is reinstated.
