Hope Valley Barracks

On Sunday, December 3, 2023 at 4:24 AM, Troopers arrested arrested Katherine Luna, age 32, of 8 Division Street Apartment 6K, Lincoln, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Driving Without Consent of The Owner originating out of the Hope Valley Barracks. This arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and Lincoln Police locating the subject. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, and held overnight as a bail violator pending morning arraignment.
