The Orchestre de Paris, where musicfindsrefuge

The Orchestre de Paris is committed to the activities of the Philharmonie de Paris, of which it is a department, demonstrating that the demands of creation and the objective of democratization go hand in hand. It performs in the Philharmonie's symphonic concert season, two concerts a week, in the Grande Salle Pierre Boulez and on international tours, contributing to the institution's reputation. The orchestra's artists regularly perform in the Philharmonie's different spaces, in the Studio, the Amphitheatre and the Music Museum. The Orchestre de Paris plays an active role in the institution's audiovisual projects, and pursues a dynamic educational ambition, organizing orchestral academies for young professional musicians, offering family concerts, performing in schools, hospitals and various associations supporting the elderly (Les Petits Frères des Pauvres, etc.), and supporting a Demos orchestra project (a music and orchestral education scheme with a social vocation) aimed at young advanced musicians.

The New York and Montreal concerts will be preceded by two exclusive musical performances, by musicians from the orchestra, in a Sofitel suite in these two destinations.
