Improvement of services for citizens: The National Bank enabled free, digital receiving of a report from the Credit Registry

Facilitating processes and improving services, through the use of the benefits from digitalization is an effort of the National Bank and the central bank as regulator, but also through a personal example, seeks to increase the use of technological benefits. For that purpose, the National Bank enabled the citizens fast and easy receiving of a report from the Credit Registry, through the National Portal of Services https://uslugi.gov.mk/. Direct link to get the credit exposure report is https://uslugi.gov.mk/register.nspx. As before, when the service was only available on the premises of the National Bank, it is free.

In order to use this service, the citizens will have to register in the National Portal of Services. The service will be available to them during 24 hours, in Macedonian or in Albanian. The Credit Registry Report includes the data on the total credit exposure of the citizen as of the last date of the data available to the National Bank.
