President of Uzbekistan to Pay a State Visit to Kyrgyzstan

At the invitation of the President of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will pay a state visit to Kyrgyzstan on January 26-27.

The bilateral meetings of the two Presidents shall take place in the city of Bishkek.

The agenda of the top-level talks include the whole range of issues of further strengthening the Uzbek-Kyrgyz relation of friendship, good neighborliness and strategic partnership.

A particular attention shall be paid to increasing mutual trade, supporting industrial cooperation programs and promoting regional infrastructure projects.

Following the Summit, it is envisaged to adapt a solid package of joint documents.
