Ontario an Wayne Counties - The County of Ontario, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Finger Lakes Community College (FLCC) Facilities Master Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of the FLCC Facilities Master Plan which is intended to provide holistic recommendations for modifications to physical spaces and resources that will best serve the College and its community in an evolving higher education landscape. It addresses immediate needs but also creates a vision that advances learning, enhances access, and supports an excellent student experience. It will provide the basis of analysis and budgeting for FLCC projects for the next 5-20 years. The project is located on multiple campuses in the towns of Arcadia, Canadice, Canandaigua, Geneva, Hopewell, Naples, Newark, Victor in Ontario and Wayne Counties, New York.
