National political strategist David Axelrod to speak at 2023 Illinois REALTORS® Capitol Conference

Illinois REALTORS® is excited to announce that David Axelrod, a national political strategist and commentator who was the chief strategist and senior advisor to President Barack Obama, will be the keynote speaker at Capitol Conference, April 25 in Springfield!

Axelrod, a senior political commentator for CNN, hosts the top-rated podcast "The Axe Files." It features in-depth conversations with public figures across the political spectrum.

A former political writer for the Chicago Tribune, Axelrod has produced media strategy and advertising for 150 campaigns across the U.S., culminating in President Obama's historic elections.

Axelrod currently serves as the founding director of the University of Chicago's non-partisan Institute of Politics and is the author of The New York Times best-selling memoir, "Believer: My Forty Years in Politics."
