Cincinnati Children’s Centerville expands medical specialties

Cincinnati Children's Centerville is now offering more medical specialties as part of the health system's plan to bring world-class care closer to home for patients and families in the Dayton area.
As of May 1, 2024, Cincinnati Children's Centerville has added specialty care in:
- Audiology
- Dermatology
- Eating Disorders
- Pulmonary Medicine
- NICU follow-up
- Radiology (X-ray)
- Allergy (starting in August)
Renovation of the building's interior was recently completed, which doubled the size of patient care areas and enabled the addition of more medical specialties.
Cincinnati Children's Centerville opened March 6, 2023, and continues to offer care related to Gastroenterology; Neurology; Urology; Ear, Nose & Throat; Pediatric Surgery; Preventive Cardiology; Center for Better Health and Nutrition (weight conditions); Ultrasound; and Laboratory.
"Cincinnati Children's Centerville has received an enthusiastic response from patients and families who had not previously had easy access to the specialty care provided by the nation's No. 1 pediatric health system," said Carrie Romano, RN, a doctor of nursing practice who is vice president for Patient Services. "We plan to see even more patients given the high demand for the medical specialties that we are adding at this Montgomery County location.
"We want to make it easy for our patients with specialty-care needs to be seen close to their homes and in coordination with their other local providers and pediatricians," Romano said. "Cincinnati Children's has long served patients and families from this area - and now they no longer have to drive a long distance for world-class specialty care."
Cincinnati Children's Centerville, located at 6555 Clyo Road, is easily accessible from Interstate 675, Ohio State Route 48 (Main Street), and Wilmington Pike. Patient appointments can be scheduled online or by calling 937-610-1121.
