Meet our team: Karolina Brnakova from Incap Slovakia

Allow us to introduce you to a member of our team at Incap Slovakia - Karolina Brnakova, who serves as a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE). Discover her background, career journey, and other interesting details!

Karolina recently graduated from the Faculty of Security Engineering at Žilina, specialising in crisis management. She brings a fresh perspective and energy to our quality assurance team. She started her professional journey with Incap shortly after completing her university studies, drawn by the company's reputation for quality and innovation. Despite being new to her role, she has quickly become a key member of our quality management team, focusing on supplier quality assurance.

As a Supplier Quality Engineer, Karolina plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our supply chain. She addresses supplier complaints, ensures effective communication with suppliers, and works to resolve any issues that arise, securing the best solutions for both Incap and our partners. Her responsibilities include detailed reporting, managing incoming inspections, and overseeing transactions within the Visual system, particularly in relation to the blocked warehouse.

What Karolina appreciates most about her position at Incap are the flexible working hours and the supportive team environment. The convenience of her workplace being close to her home also enhances the appeal of her job, allowing her to maintain a balance between her professional and personal life.

Although Karolina is still in her first year at Incap, she eagerly anticipates future opportunities for growth and development within the organisation, aiming to contribute even further to our quality management processes.

Outside of work, Karolina enjoys being active, spending time in nature, and exploring the mountains. She is passionate about travelling and discovering new places, as well as cooking and baking. Karolina values spending time with friends and family.
