PECO Utility Improvements Scheduled on Two State Highways in Chester, Montgomery Counties

King of Prussia, PA - The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that PECO Energy will be performing utility construction on two state highways in Chester and Montgomery counties.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restrictions:
Chester County

Monday, April 22, through Friday, June 28, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a weekday lane closure with flagging is scheduled on Route 724 (New Schuylkill Road) between Linfield Road and Reitnour Road in East Coventry and East Vincent townships.
Montgomery County
-
Monday, April 22, through Friday, July 19, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a weekday lane closure is scheduled on Sandy Hill Road at the intersection with Marshall Street in Norristown Borough.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
PECO Energy will complete these projects under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
