The Investigation about Media Markt Turkey Ticaret Limited Şirketi, Teknosa İç ve Dış Tic.AŞ and Vatan Bilgisayar Sanayi ve Tic. concluded. (1.11.2023)

The investigation about the claim that Vatan Bilgisayar Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, Teknosa İç ve Dış Ticaret AŞ and Media Markt Turkey Ticaret Limited Şirketi have violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by exchanging information on competitively sensitive data was concluded.

Having discussed the file on 26.10.2023, the Competition Board has decided that Vatan Bilgisayar Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, Teknosa İç ve Dış Ticaret AŞ and Media Markt Turkey Ticaret Limited Şirketi, did not violate article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition; therefore, it is not necessary to impose administrative fines on the said undertakings.
