IME Sold Polymeric Products

On Monday, February 12, 2024, the IME witnessed trade of 15,338 tonnes of polymeric products, 2,609 tonnes of base oil, 1,000 tonnes of lube cut (heavy grade), 136 tonnes of paraffin wax, 46 tonnes of bitumen and 40 tonnes of argon on its oil and petrochemical trading floor.

According to a report by the IME's International Affairs and PR, the IME sold on its metals and minerals trading floor 80,015 tonnes of steel blooms, 5,825 tonnes of aluminum ingots, 1,700 tonnes of low-grade copper, 1,125 tonnes of rebars, 1,000 tonnes of aluminum oxide, 500 tonnes of CRC and 375 tonnes of aluminum hydroxide.

Also, the IME sold 228,495 tonnes of cement on its cement trading floor.

Based on this report, the exchange saw trade of 40,000 tonnes of steel slabs, 4,000 tonnes of copper cathode, 330 tonnes of PVC and 250 tonnes of molybdenum sulfur.

It's worth noting as well that the IME's export ring saw trade of 36,011 tonnes of bitumen.

Last was the IME's side market which saw trade of 4,500 empty drums, 300 tonnes of oil and 45 tonnes of glass wool.
