Planting science and innovation in our new organic soil

When it comes to creating a new product for consumers, our scientists like to keep in mind one key factor at the end of the day: it has to work for the end user.

The end user in the case of our new Miracle-Gro Organic Raised Bed & Garden Soil is the gardener. In many cases, the consumer is also new to gardening, which adds another consideration to the mix.

Many consumers are overwhelmed by all the soil options they are currently faced with in the market, particularly new gardeners and beginning gardeners. This organic dual location formula allows gardeners the versatility to use it in raised beds and in-ground, offering a simplified shopping experience.

As part of the development of this new soil, our scientists tested the product on thousands of plants prior to its launch. A big part of the growing experience is to get that beautiful harvest at the end of the season, so that's why we test and test and test some more.
