NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Athens City Council will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m., on Monday, June 3, 2024, in the Council Chambers on the third floor of the City Building.

This hearing is to consider a recommendation from the Athens City Planning Commission to rezone properties located at 14, 20, 24, 30, 32, 34 and 36 Elliott Street from R-3 Residential, Multi-family zone to B-1 Neighborhood Business zone.
