The report provides an overview of public safety metrics and outlines the FPD's goals for the future. Emphasized throughout the report is The Fargo Police Department's strong commitment to working collaboratively with the community to ensure a safe and prosperous community of Fargo for all.

Fargo Police Chief Dave Zibolski remarked, "This report highlights the outstanding teamwork of our personnel -- both sworn and non-sworn -- who carry out our daily mission of providing the highest level of service to the community, continual improvement through training and forward-thinking approaches.
