Public Notice: Special Planning Commission Meeting 10/11/22

NOTICE
SPECIAL MEETING OF OXFORD BOROUGH
PLANNING COMMISSION
The Oxford Borough Planning Commission will hold a special public meeting on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 starting at 6:30 p.m. to be held at the Borough Building, 1 Octoraro Alley, Oxford, Pennsylvania. The purpose of the meeting will be to review the Conditional Use Application filed by Enox Land LP to develop the property located at 451 West Locust Street, Oxford, being Tax Parcel No. 6-7-5, and known as the "Moran Tract," as an Age-Restricted/Active Adult Community. The Planning Commission will also consider the draft ordinances related to the proposed development and the comments received by the Chester County Planning Commission and Oxford Region Planning Committee.
