Davis Polk shortlisted for three 2023 Benchmark Litigation United States Awards

Davis Polk and the firm's lawyers are shortlisted in three categories for Benchmark Litigation's 2023 United States Awards. The awards recognize the firms and litigators who have performed exceptionally at both local and national levels.

The firm is shortlisted for the Antitrust practice area award.

Additionally, Partner and Washington office practice head Jarrett Arp was named a finalist for the "Antitrust Litigator of the Year" award and partner Elliot Moskowitz was named a "Bankruptcy Litigator of the Year" finalist.

The awards will be presented on March 15, 2023 in New York.
