On April 24, 2024, State Police of Cobleskill, with the assistance of the Troop G Computer Crimes Unit, the Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, arrested Jason Orellana Ramos, 19, of Mount Kisco, NY, for Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class "E" felony.

Orellana Ramos is accused of possessing images consistent with child sexual exploitation. His arrest followed an investigation that stemmed from a cyber tip received through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Orellana Ramos was arrested and processed at SP Princetown. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Cobleskill Town Court on May 21, 2024, and released.
