Hope Valley Barracks

On Tuesday, April 16th, 2024 at 9:12 PM, Troopers arrested Jesus Mora-Montoya, age 53, of 1009 Grant Street, Durham, North Carolina for 1.) Receiving Stolen Goods Over $10,000 2.) Unlawful Use and/or Removal of Theft Detection Shielding Devices 3.) Shoplifting- Use of Implements in Concealment. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of West Greenwich. Mora-Montoya was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third District Court.
