Freshfields Advises Endeavor Executive Chairman in $13B Silver Lake Take-Private Deal

A Freshfields team in New York and Silicon Valley is representing Patrick Whitesell, the Executive Chairman of Endeavor, in connection with the Company's $25 billion pending sale to Silver Lake. The transaction represents the largest sponsor-backed take-private in the last ten years and the largest ever take-private in the Media and Entertainment sector.
