Rain Barrel and Cistern Rebates Available

Let nature water your plants, even after it rains. Rain barrels and cisterns are placed under downspouts and allow you to capture and store rainwater for irrigating your landscape.

Padre Dam customers may be eligible for rebates of up to $35 each for two rain barrels or $250-$350 for a cistern, depending on size. Customers in Unincorporated San Diego County may be eligible for higher rebates thanks to funding from the County of San Diego. Unincorporated customers may receive rebates of up to $65 each for two rain barrels or up to $450 for a cistern, depending on size.
