NOTICE OF TROY CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING

ON PROPOSED ZONING CHANGE FOR PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE CANFERELLI ANNEXATION, LOCATED AT 1322 WASHINGTON ROAD, INLOT 11514, PARCEL NO. D08-107130 FROM THE COUNTY ZONING OF R-1AAA, ONE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, to the City zoning of R-3, Single-Family Residential District

On Monday, July 18, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, City Hall (100 S. Market Street) the Troy City Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed rezoning of a 2.0 acre parcel at 1322 Washington Road, Inlot 11511, from the County zoning of R-1AAA, One-Family Residential, to the City zoning of R-3, Single-Family Residential District. The owner-applicant is Nicholas N. Canferelli. The Troy Planning Commission has recommended that this rezoning be approved.
